I agree that by requesting any additions, deletions, or other modifications I shall pay the modification fee to the Landlord as stated in the MODIFICATION section of my lease before the document is completed and legally enforceable. I also agree with and acknowledge that Advantage Property Management does not make the final decision on the modification and that all modifications must be signed by both the owner/s and tenant/s before any of the terms become legally enforceable.
